These terms apply when you book, pay a deposit or buy a gift card on the Samadhi Spa Medellín site. By confirming you accept them.

Samadhi Spa Medellín provides the services, sets prices and is responsible for their quality. The site runs on BookHive, an independent booking software provider that is not a party to this contract.
2. Bookings
Your booking is confirmed when you receive the confirmation by WhatsApp or email. Arrive on time; a late arrival may shorten your session.
3. Cancellations, no-shows and deposits
- You can cancel or reschedule free of charge up to 24 hours before your appointment.
- If you cancel late or do not show up, the deposit paid is not refundable.
The conditions shown when you book and in your confirmation apply to that booking.
4. Payments and gift cards
Prices are in Colombian pesos. Online payments are processed by the payment gateway of Samadhi Spa Medellín. Gift cards are valid for the period stated on them.
5. Your rights as a consumer
You have the rights granted by Law 1480 of 2011, including information, quality guarantee, withdrawal and payment reversal where applicable. Write to samadhispamedellin@gmail.com; you can also go to the Superintendencia de Industria y Comercio (www.sic.gov.co).
